Welcome to Gems Netball Club

Gems was created in Karratha in 2011 by mother and daughter duo Kerry and Tanya.  Both are still heavily involved in running this family friendly club.  New members are welcome

FEES

*REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 2022 SEASON ARE OPEN BUT WE HAVE MOVED TO A NEW SYSTEM, PLEASE SEE COACH FOR YOUR TEAM LINK **  Our club fees cover the cost of umpiring, court hire and other club expenses.   

UMPIRING:

In 2020, we implemented an Umpiring Development Program whereby a squad of umpires umpire the games we play. As part of the program, we also provide training opportunities and mentor a couple of new junior umpires each year to improve their skills and confidence.

If you are interested in umpiring, mentoring or learning to umpire in 2022 please let us know.

COACHING:

We are looking for new coaches for 2022. If you have an interest in coaching a team in 2022 please let us know.

VOLUNTEERING:

If you are interested in joining the committee or volunteering in any other way please contact us.  We are always looking for helpers during the season and welcome all volunteers.

UNIFORMS:

Uniforms and various merchandise can be purchased through our new system when registering. Please ensure you try on uniforms to get the correct size before ordering. Second-hand uniforms may also be purchased online but is subject to what sizes we have available.  Please contact Bree Holland to check second hand stock available.  

SIGN UP DAY:

Please join us 15th February to meet the coaches and try on uniforms and merch 10am - 12pm at the Leisureplex clubrooms .  

KARRATHA NETBALL ASSOCIATION FEES:

Please note the Gems fees and KNA registration fee is all paid together at one time this year and must be completed online prior to taking the court for training or games - the link has been provided to each team.
